If you don't see your problem on this list, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for further advice.
How long will it take?
This depends on the nature and severity of the problem. Any treatment begins with a one hour initial assessment. This provides an opportunity for you and I to explore the problem  and decide whether the CBT approach can help. Therapy can last between 6-20 sessions and you may be seen weekly or fortnightly depending on your personal preference.
Where will you be treated?
I practise from a comfortable therapy room in  Ramsbottom, Bury. This is easily accessible from the North Manchester, Bolton, Rochdale and South Lancashire areas. Please see my contact page for the address and a map.
Who do I work with?
I accept referrals from individuals, solicitors, insurance companies, psychiatrists and employee assistance programmes. I am currently registered as an approved psychotherapist with AXA PPP Healthcare and WPA.
