How long will it take?

This depends on the nature and severity of the problem. Any treatment begins with a one hour initial assessment. This provides an opportunity for you and I to explore the problem and decide whether the CBT approach can help. Therapy can last between 6-20 sessions and you may be seen weekly or fortnightly depending on your personal preference.

Where will you be treated?

I currently practise entirely remotely, via video call on Zoom or by telephone, depending upon your preference.

Who do I work with?

I accept referrals from individuals, solicitors, insurance companies, psychiatrists and employee assistance programmes. I am currently registered as an approved psychotherapist with AXA PPP Healthcare and WPA.
